Premier Door Trims

More colour variety in door bars

We have now available to special order a variety of metal door trims that come in in four different finishes, if you want something different from the normal polished aluminium or anodised gold then the Premier range is worth a look at. Please note we do not keep these trims in stock they are special order and take around 1-3 working days to arrive. Sample cards showing profiles and finishes are available to see  in store.

Premier trims come in the following finishes.

Chrome (CH) available in 090cm and 270cm lengths.

Brushed Black (BB) available in 270cm lengths only.

Brushed Steel (BS) available in 090cm and 270cm lengths.

Brushed Pewter (PW) available in 270cm lengths only.

Self Adhesive Ramp Edge

The self adhesive ramp edge comes in two options medium and small,  medium ramp has a width of 39.4mm and smaller version a width of 32.4mm (as seen in diagram) The self adhesive ramp edge is designed to go between two different floorcoverings where you have a slight difference in height between the two, it has a strong self adhesive strip attached to the base which eliminates the need for drilling and screwing. Brushed black and brushed pewter are only available in 270cm lengths.

Self Adhesive Coverstrip

The self adhesive coverstrip comes in one size and has a width of 37.8mm, this trim is is designed to join two level floorcoverings like two pieces of vinyl flooring or laminate flooring. The self adhesive cover has two strong self adhesive strips either side of the base to firmly hold it in place. Brushed black and brushed pewter are only available in 270cm lengths.

Single Edge

The single edge comes in one size with a 40mm base width (see diagram for full sizes) this trim is used for joining a carpet to vinyl or to finish one side with carpet when nothing is on the other side. Brushed black and pewter are only available in 270cm lengths.

Dual Edge

Also known as a double trim or double naplock this trim is used to join two carpets together or carpet to barrier matting, the bases measures 60mm see diagram for full size. Brushed black and brushed pewter are only available in 270cm lengths.

Zig Zag

The Zig-zag also known as a Z-trim or Z bar is used to transition a carpet to a laminate or click luxury vinyl tiles and can also used to go from a carpet to ceramic tiles. The base measures 50mm for other measurements please see diagram. brushed black and Brushed pewter are only available in 270cm lengths.

Self Adhesive Nosing

The self adhesive nosing trim is used to finish a laminate down to a vinyl or to cover the raw edge of a laminate, it features a 25mm top which has a strong self adhesive strip on it with a 9mm Drop (See diagram) The self adhesive nosing is only available in the brushed black and brushed pewter finish and also only comes in 270cm lengths.
